This website is operated by Study Wall (we, us). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pre-orders

Our products are sold as pre-orders with the ship window shown on each product page. You are charged when you place your order. Product images are renders of the final design and may differ slightly from the finished product. We may limit quantities or decline any order.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order you have already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Use of the product

Study Wall is designed for smooth painted drywall, doors and glass. Follow the install and removal instructions. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces it is not designed for, or from use contrary to the instructions. Keep plastic bags away from young children.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property

The Study Wall name, logo, product design, images and site content belong to us and may not be used without permission.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
