Refund policy

Pre-orders

Study Wall is sold as a pre-order. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email info@studywall.org with your order number.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund of the item price. Once a sheet has been hung it can not be returned unless it is defective. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or a sheet is defective, email info@studywall.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
